KCM Group provides comprehensive observation, evaluation and reporting on the physical condition and characteristics of any facility. Services include a description of the basic systems, an analysis of the condition of all desired systems, and full reporting, including photo documentation supporting the evaluation conclusions. If required, we include cost of repair estimates and coordination of any specialized analysis.
