Giovanni Posillico, Project Manager

Gio is a registered civil engineer in the state of California who specializes in land development and surveying. With more than a decade of experience, he has led engineering and design teams in the development of public/private improvement plans, grading plans, tentative/final maps and technical reports for a variety of projects. Gio has extensive experience working on large scale residential projects, commercial developments and public improvement projects, including the North Torrey Pines Bridge and Road improvements and the Blendstar Transload Facility in National City. Gio is a QSD (qualified SWPPP developer) and works with Pardee Homes on their land development and storm water services.

Gio earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. He is active in professional associations including the Building Industry Association (BIA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He serves on the BIA’s North County Legislative Committee and Y-Gen Board. He is a ULI Young Leader, and is active on the ULI Program Committee.
